Moist won't be expecting the joy buzzers or the whoopie cushions, though he might swipe a thing or two from Sealand if given the chance. Don't worry, he'll return it!

If Sealand can get Moist to shake his hand he'll go with the joy buzzer option! Sealand would probably only have ridiculous prank-related things in his pockets at the time. Does he have any regains to take yet, or would Sealand be getting something random?

And by that I mean YES. And as for where you can prank Moist, well, he's been very busy setting up a makeshift Post Office lately, so he'd be found in the hardware store. Also he has a job at the bank, if Luke wants to go there to play a prank on him.

Sure! Moist's been pretty busy setting up a makeshift Post Office, so he's been making fairly regular trips to the hardware store. Then there's his job at the bank, and of course, if all else fails, there's his house!
